Santha Faiia was born on November 5, 1950 in Indonesia. Her parents are from Somalia, and it is likely they were traveling when they welcomed their daughter. While working in Somalia and Ethiopia, Santha’s husband received some criticism and backlash from the public as they noted that he was on good terms with a dictator.
